At Budai Creations, every order is made with care and attention to detail. We do our best to process and ship your items quickly while ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship.
Processing Time
- Most non-custom items ship within 2–4 business days.
- Custom or engraved orders typically ship within 5–10 business days, depending on design approval and production time.
- During holidays or busy event seasons, please allow a few extra days for processing.
Shipping Rates & Methods
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order.
- We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item size and delivery speed.
- Free or discounted shipping promotions may be offered on select products or order totals.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.
Delivery Issues
- Budai Creations is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier errors, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or weather-related delays.
- If your package shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office or delivery carrier first.

Local Pickup (Murrieta, CA)
We offer local pickup in Murrieta, California by appointment or at select vendor events. If local pickup is available, the option will appear at checkout with full details and instructions.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
