Return & Refund Policy
At Budai Creations, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom pieces designed to bring joy and last for years. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we strive to make every order right.
Custom Orders & Personalized Items
All custom, engraved, or personalized products (including plaques, engraved boards, or items featuring custom text, names, or designs) are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.
- Please double-check all spelling, dates, and design proofs before approving your order.
- If there is a mistake on our end (such as the wrong design, incorrect engraving, or damaged item upon arrival), we will gladly replace or fix the item at no additional cost.
Non-Custom Items
For non-custom products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.

- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll work quickly to send a replacement or issue a store credit.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
